Shipping — Shipping is free within the continental United States. If you are outside the US please contact me and I will see what I can do. All goods are shipped USPS Priority Mail and include Insurance. If you live near Berkeley, CA and would prefer to pick up in person this can *sometimes* be arranged if you contact me first.
Also, while I make sure to always ship with insurance (to cover packages lost or damaged in shipping), I cannot be responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps, etc. If you need special shipping arrangements (signature confirmation etc) please contact me to set them up *before* placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges — There are no refunds or exchanges available on my surprise balls. There will be some variation between individual balls as they are all made by hand in small batches. I will do my best to show representative examples. Please bear in mind, too, that color varies monitor to monitor. That said, if there is an error on my part, please get in touch immediately and I will do my best to make it right.
Communication — I deeply appreciate your interest in my work, but I am often off the grid, and, when it comes to surprise balls, I am a one woman band. It may be awhile before you get a response, but I will do my best.
Custom Artworks — Feel free to contact me regarding custom work: while I do it rarely, I’m always happy to consider it.
I generally don’t take orders for specific surprise balls, but if you sign up for my mailing list and include a note about ones you are eager to see (specific - not general categories) I will try to give you a chance to purchase those before I release them here.
